§ 20.04.525. Motel.

- "Motel" means a building or group of buildings containing guestrooms where transient lodging, with or without meals, is provided to overnight guests for a period of twenty-eight or fewer consecutive days, for compensation, with automobile space provided therewith and where no provision is made for cooking in the guestrooms; the term "motel" shall also include auto cabins, motor courts, motor-hotels and similar designations.
